- Complete the WebEx Join Meeting Test. If you're new to WebEx, we recommend completing a browser and operating system test. This test will confirm operating system and web browser compatibility as well as ensure the WebEx software is installed and set up properly. Click here to start the test.

- Confirmation and Reminder E-mails. You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after registering for one or more events (make sure to add noreply@investools.com to your safe sender list). Duplicate registration attempts will not result in further e-mails. You will also receive an event reminder e-mail both 1 hour and 24 hours prior to the event start time for each webcast you've registered for.
- Popups. In order to attend live Webcasts or watch archives, you'll need to allow popups from Investools.com. If you encounter problems configuring your popup blocker, follow the steps outlined in one of these FAQs: Configure Firefox's popup blocker, Configure Internet Explorer's popup blocker
